Oakley Construction Co., Inc. was founded by two Ghanaian Engineers, Augustine K. Afriyie and Anthony S. Kwateng in 1984.

Oakley’s mission is to City of Chicago, Chicago Housing Authority, Chicago Transit Authority and the like.

Oakley’s emphasis in construction is in site improvements, concrete,masonry, carpentry and interior remodeling.  We are a union company with a history of excellence in our work performance.

Oakley has the leadership, manpower and ability to complete projects within budget and assigned time frame
